Marketing Assistant

We are now looking for a new Marketing Assistant to join our innovative sales & marketing team! As a Marketing Assistant with Olympus Solutions, you will play a key role in strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns designed to drive sales numbers. What You’ll Do as a Marketing Assistant: • Assist in the creation and implementation of field marketing campaigns by executing in-person promotions and sales • Track the effectiveness of campaigns, reporting to management on key metrics like sales and conversion rates • Conduct on the ground market research to identify trends and areas for improvement • Communicate with customers frequently to determine satisfaction levels • Participate in the management of company social media presence • Work closely with the sales and customer service departments to ensure all campaigns align with company goals
