Company Overview This position focuses on various marketing and administrative tasks while incorporating some opportunities for graphic design. Support Materials for each Market's introductions • Assist Marketing Director in the setup of all Marketing Materials in the High Point Showroom • Creative Assistance • Research trends, inspiration, and competitive visuals to support creative ideation • Prepare concept drafts and mock-ups for team presentations • Maintain a library of references, props, and creative resources • Content Development • Assist with brainstorming sessions, capturing and organizing key ideas • Proofread and edit creative briefs to ensure alignment with project goals • Draft initial outlines or ideas for visuals and other content as needed • Digital Imagery Support the Marketing Director to: • Create a list of all SKUs/Models to be created • Assemble, package, and ship all fabrics to be scanned • Capture, organize, and upload all Product Reference Photos • Work with vendor to complete the Production Timeline • Manage schedule and monitor progress to ensure all images meet expectations • Perform basic editing tasks, such as cropping, retouching, and color correction • Create, Organize, and Upload photos upon completion • Social Media Support - Assist the Social Media Director to: • Develop and curate engaging content for social media, website, and email campaigns • Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries on platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role (internships or freelance work acceptable) • Experience in the furniture, interior design, or manufacturing industry is a plus
