Marketing Assistant

Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the execution of both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the planning and implementation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms • Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics reports • Coordinate with the design team for promotional materials and graphics • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and brand activations • Maintain and update internal client and contact databases • Help manage content on the company website and/or online store • Communicate with external agencies and marketing vendors as needed • Provide administrative support, including tracking budgets, gathering quotes, and managing calendars Software Proficiency • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – for basic graphic edits and collaboration with the design team • Canva – for creating quick marketing materials, social media graphics, and presentations • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – for documentation, reporting, and communication • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive) – for team collaboration and file management • Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager – for scheduling posts and managing ad campaigns • Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) – content management and engagement tracking • WordPress / Shopify / Wix – for updating website or online store content • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager – for tracking website performance and campaign effectiveness • Project Management Tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) – for task coordination and campaign timelines • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
