What You'll Do
Create, schedule, and manage social media content
Support SEO efforts and improve Google visibility
Assist with Google Ads and digital marketing campaigns
Create and manage email marketing campaigns
Design marketing materials, including flyers, yard signs, and promotional graphics
Track leads, campaign performance, and marketing results
Prepare weekly marketing reports and updates
Support local advertising and community marketing initiatives
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across platforms
Research and recommend new strategies to increase leads and brand awareness
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams on marketing projects
What We're Looking For
Experience or strong interest in marketing, social media, or related fields
Strong organizational and time management skills
Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Canva and Google Workspace preferred
Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, or email marketing is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
