Marketing Assistant – Events & Promotions The Marketing Assistant – Events & Promotions supports the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, conferences, conventions, and tradeshows, ensuring each is well organized and executed smoothly from concept through completion. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with responsibilities spanning event logistics, registration management, travel coordination, marketing support, and administrative execution to ensure well-organized events and consistent marketing operations. Objectives of This Role • Support the planning and execution of company events, conferences, conventions, and tradeshows from concept through completion • Ensure timely registration for tradeshows, conferences, and events, meeting all deadlines and requirements • Track event details, timelines, budgets, and registration requirements to ensure accurate execution • Maintain detailed records for each event, including attendee information, booth details, shipping deadlines, and on-site requirements • Assist in maintaining relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams • Support marketing initiatives through coordination and administrative execution • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety standards Preferred Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field • Experience with marketing coordination, advertising placement, or promotional support • Familiarity with event management, project tracking, or marketing tools • Experience or familiarity with TWG Health & Nutrition products, services, or industry • Flexibility for frequent travel to company events • Ability to work at different TWG facilities as needed • Availability to work weekends when required
