Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition SummaryAs the Marketing Assistant for Shear Ego Salon & Spa, you will drive the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Developing engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other channels, including writing, photography, and video editing.Social Media Management: Managing salon and spa’s social media accounts, posting content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance.Marketing Campaigns: Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and loyalty programs.Email Marketing: Creating and sending email newsletters and promotions to clients.Website Management: Updating the salon and spa's website with new content and information.Customer Relationship Management: Assisting with client communication, gathering feedback, and building relationships.Data Analysis: Tracking marketing performance and identifying trends to improve future campaigns.Event Planning: Assisting with the planning and execution of salon and spa events and promotions.Supporting Salon and Spa: Assisting with other tasks as needed Skills and Qualifications:Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating engaging content and interacting with clients.Creative Skills: An eye for design and an ability to create visually appealing content are important.Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices is crucial.Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles and strategies is helpful.Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively is important.Customer Service Skills: A friendly and helpful attitude is essential for interacting with clients.Proficiency in Software: Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.Experience in the Beauty Industry: Experience in the hair or beauty industry is a plus, but not required.
