Overview We are seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant & Office Manager to support our day-to-day marketing efforts while helping maintain an organized and professional office environment. What You’ll Do: Schedule and manage social media content using real project and jobsite photosSupport Google review and reputation growth initiativesCreate branded graphics and marketing materials using CanvaAssist with website updates and email campaignsSupport Google and Meta advertising campaigns under directionKeep marketing activities organized, updated, and on schedule Organized, dependable, and able to work independentlyComfortable using Canva and social media platformsLocated near Naples, Bonita Springs, or Estero with ability to work in-office part of the weekMarketing coursework, internship experience, or hands-on experience is a plus, but not requiredPositive attitude with willingness to learn and grow with the company
