Marketing Assistant — Paid Ads & Email

Job Overview

Most of our new clients find us on Google. We run Google Ads all year, and we're growing Meta ads, email and our website. We're looking for a Marketing Assistant who can run the day-to-day of those campaigns with our Marketing Coordinator — and tell us, in plain numbers, which ones bring real leads.

What you'll do

Run Google Ads day to day: search terms, negative keywords, budgets, ad copy and a weekly reportSet up and manage Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and InstagramBuild and send email campaigns and newsletters to clients and leadsKeep a clean record of where every lead comes from, so we know what worksUpdate pages on our WordPress site: service pages, landing pages and basic SEOReport the weekly numbers — clicks, cost per lead, leads by source — in plain languageWork with our design and social media assistant on ad creativeWhat we're looking for

1+ year of hands-on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads experience — at a job, freelancing or on your own projectsExperience with email marketing (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar)Comfortable with numbers: Google Analytics 4, ad reports and spreadsheetsYou write clear, short copy in English; Spanish is a plusGoogle Ads certification, WordPress or SEO experience is a plusOrganized, curious and honest about results — including the ones that didn't work18 or older, authorized to work in the U.S.What we offer

$25.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experienceFull time, 40 hours per week, Monday through FridayPaid sick leave under San Francisco lawReal responsibility for real ad budgets from your first weeksRoom to grow as our marketing team growsSchedule and location

Based at our office at 2265 Revere Ave, San Francisco, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime is paid at the rate California law requires.
