A Minnetonka based financial advising firm is expanding and we are looking to hire a new Client Concierge Associate that is focused on marketing. Marketing experience preferred. Experience in the financial services industry preferred. Salary based upon experience. • HARO submissions daily • Maintains advertising compliance files and ensures all marketing, client communication etc is approved for use and up to date • Adds, edits, and deletes contacts to newsletter distribution list • Sends thank you notes and welcome letter to new clients Weekly • Creates and distributes Press Releases • Sends video link to new Linked In connections Monthly • Creates and executes newsletter: Compliance approval and Scheduling • Creates advisor monthly email to clients, prospects and COI • Responsible for client gifts and cards and tracking • Writes and mails congrats cards to all Biz Journal etc winners • Connects with award winners, attendees of events etc on LI with CEO • Coordinates with printing company for any printing needs such as letterhead, business cards, etc.
