Marketing Assistant/Intern- Mortgage Company

Small Local Mortgage Company seeks Marketing Assistant/Intern to help develop our market share in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho /Santa Fe area mortgage market. We are looking for a personable, organized person with a positive attitude to intern (with pay) and if they meet our expectations to move forward with our company into a variety of positions. Expect to be challenged daily as working for a small company you are exposed to a fast paced, hands on environment where responsibility and accountability come quickly. I cannot stress how important phone skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people on a daily basis both in the company and outside the company will be. Initial compensation will be based on a base hourly wage and a performance bonus based on the company's performance (on a monthly basis).
