About Paul Klebanov
A boutique DTC growth agency on a mission to scale e-commerce brands through killer paid media, email & SMS. We're looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to support paid search and paid social advertising campaigns for our eCommerce clients.

What you'll do:


Assist in the day-to-day management of Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns
Support campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization activities
Help compile performance reports and track key metrics
Assist with creative asset organization and ad copy development
Conduct competitor research and market analysis
Support team with administrative tasks and client communications




What you'll bring to the table:


0-1 years of experience in digital marketing (internships count)
Basic familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
BA/BS degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Interest in eCommerce and direct-to-consumer brands
