Our ideal Marketing Assistant plays a key role on the team, supporting both day-to-day administrative needs and bigger-picture marketing and business development efforts. You'll bring energy, support our culture, and collaborate with teams that values initiative, flexibility, and innovation. What You'll Do Conference and Event Support Coordinate conference participation, registrations, exhibitor and speaking requirements, attendees and travel logistics, pre and post event meetings, and needs as requested Monitor conference and sponsorship requirements, dates, and ROI measurements Coordinate, gather, and ship exhibit and print materials Database Support Maintain team member and project data within our CRM database (Vantagepoint) Assist in tracking marketing efforts within our CRM database, including follow-up and results information Assist in business development efforts, including adding contacts, maintaining mailing lists, and other duties as assigned within the CRM Firm Marketing Support Assist with administrative tasks as needed for the Marketing team Support and execute social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) Support the organization of firm branding including website maintenance, publicity, client communications, and photography coordination Prepare and distribute internal reports, campaign performance summaries and presentations.
