Marketing Assistent

Full-Time | Office Position Affordable Home Furnishings is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help support our growing marketing department. We are a regional rent-to-own furniture, appliance, and electronics company with 35 locations across Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations and grow within a fast-paced company environment. Responsibilities Monitor and manage shared marketing inboxes and communications Assist with organizing marketing projects, promotions, and campaigns Help maintain organization across marketing systems and files Create, update, and remove CRM user accounts as needed Audit CRM access and ensure active users are current employees Monitor store social media pages for posting compliance and consistency Assist with scheduling and coordinating marketing tasks and deadlines Organize digital assets, graphics, and campaign materials Help maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking systems Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing department Assist with additional marketing-related projects as assigned
