This role focuses on event planning and execution, sales enablement, vendor coordination, community involvement, and localized marketing efforts to support community success. • Develop event marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing and sales team to maximize attendance and engagement. Sales Support & Community Marketing • Work with the sales team to ensure they have the marketing collateral, product sheets, and sales enablement materials needed to engage potential buyers. Vendor Coordination • Liaise with local vendors for signage, promotional materials, branded merchandise, and advertising assets, ensuring all materials meet brand standards and are delivered on time. • Event planning expertise with the ability to coordinate and execute community and realtor events.
