Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement across multiple channels. Consumer Promotions management • Play a critical role in developing and executing Free Frazil Friday, the biggest Frozen beverage promotion in the US • Create impactful POS and other marketing materials with graphic designers on the marketing team • Collaborate with businesses around the country to provide an excellent customer and consumer experience for all involved with Frazil's consumer promotions Minimum Qualifications & Competencies: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • Proven project management experience with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple initiatives simultaneously • Foundational marketing experience with a solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement strategies • Experience working with data analysis and marketing performance metrics to evaluate and optimize campaigns • Experience with digital marketing tools, including social media management, email marketing, website management, and analytics platforms • Exposure to or experience with digital advertising, including paid social, search, or display campaigns • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software and tools Preferred Qualifications & Competencies: • Hands-on experience with digital ad buying and campaign optimization • Experience developing and executing social media strategies • Interest in brand management and supporting brand consistency across channels • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and email marketing platforms • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or high-growth environment Physical Demands & Working Conditions: • Frequently communicate with team members via phone, email, or in person • Fully onsite position in Salt Lake City, UT • Frequent use of computers, including prolonged periods of screen time
