Marketing Associate

MCF is an investment management company that serves clients through three divisions: Wealth Management Services, Retirement Plan Services, and Institutional Investment Services. In addition, the Retirement Plan Services Division provides investment management for defined benefit plans, deferred compensation plans, and health insurance trusts. The Marketing Associate will also work with the Operations team on data integrity and maintenance for the measurement of success with the Firm’s various marketing efforts. Monitor and track campaign performance and compiling metrics for internal reporting to leadership Work closely with the Firm’s compliance team to submit and track approvals for marketing materials. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships and agency work welcome) Organized with great attention to detail Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Solid graphic design experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms a plus Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively Professional demeanor and willingness to work in a collaborative, team-first environment
