Marketing Associate

Creative and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Marketing Associate will execute various marketing initiatives, including designing on-brand materials, managing email campaigns, and organizing marketing resources to support the Brand Marketing team. Key responsibilities Design polished marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Build, test, and schedule email campaigns in ActiveCampaign while managing audience performance reporting Coordinate project timelines and documentation across multiple marketing initiatives to ensure timely delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred 2-4 years of experience in event marketing, graphic design, or a similar creative role Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Experience using ActiveCampaign or similar marketing platforms Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
