Marketing Associate

Job Summary

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll help plan and deliver campaigns that build awareness, generate demand, and support sales across digital and traditional channels. You’ll create and coordinate content, track campaign performance, and turn research and analytics into clear recommendations. Responsibilities

Support marketing campaign management across email, social media, search, print advertising, and other channels.Create and edit content for websites, social platforms, and marketing materials; assist with graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite.Coordinate social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, and support search advertising such as Google AdWords.Track web analytics and campaign results using Google Analytics and other reporting tools; apply data-driven decision making to improve performance.Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams on content marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, and project coordination.Requirements

Experience or demonstrated skills in marketing, digital marketing, content writing, SEO (search engine optimization), email marketing, and social media marketing.Familiarity with CRM (customer relationship management) systems, marketing automation tools, WordPress, HTML, and analytics; experience implementing automation tools is an asset.Understanding of B2B (business-to-business) marketing, e-commerce, performance marketing, advertising sales, and multichannel marketing.Strong research, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to manage projects and use reporting to guide decisions.Experience managing marketing, advertising, or public relations teams, with marketing management or team leadership responsibilities, is preferred. Product management and print advertising experience are also valued.Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
