Responsibilities Manage lead generation campaign Manage investor materials Manage daily administrative tasks Automated marketing campaigns Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates Assist with organizing promotional events Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns Prepare regular sales forecasting reports Business role to the CEO Mature judgment and discretion in keeping sensitive information confidential Willingness to hustle, do the big and small tasks and work hard Skills Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques Advanced understanding of Google, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (or equivalent) to develop executive presentations and documents Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field Full time position offering a highly competitive compensation package of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, bonus, and equity in a growing, early-stage start-up.
