Managing the middle-grade and graphic novel marketing team, the full-time remote Associate Director, Marketing will lead overall list strategy and execute title-specific marketing campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to executive leadership. Key responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of three marketers, conducting regular goal check-ins and meetings Develop and implement marketing strategies for high-profile titles, including performance analysis of campaigns Communicate campaign updates and strategic plans to executive leadership and other stakeholders Required qualifications 8+ years of marketing experience in children's book publishing or a related field Proven leadership skills with a history of managing direct reports Exceptional project management and organizational skills Experience creating compelling marketing campaigns College degree or equivalent work experience
