Marketing Associate II

Our marketing team shapes the Tropolis brand and drives growth across a nationwide network of agencies. We’re looking for a sharp, curious Marketing Associate II who wants to do more than execute tasks — someone eager to dig into agency target markets, support the development of winning strategies, and grow into a key player on our marketing team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring campaigns, research, and brand initiatives to life across a fast-growing network of agencies nationwide. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a closely related field Curiosity about markets, audiences, and what makes a message land — you want to understand the “why” behind campaigns Experience with digital marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Ads, social media tools, etc.)
