Marketing Automation Manager

We’re a full-service digital ad agency providing our clients deep expertise, strategy and implementation in the areas of targeted lead generation, e-commerce, marketing automation, conversion-focused design and development, and more. The Manager of Marketing Automation will manage the ideation, execution and measurement of all aspects of marketing.An essential part of the responsibilities includes email marketing, lead generation and nurturing, lead scoring, and analytics. • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth • Test different strategies, calls-to-action and measure different KPI’s in order to prove the success of the campaigns • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce and other client platforms such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing. • Strong independent project management skills.
