If you're a performance-minded marketer who knows how to balance brand building with business outcomes, join the Deloitte Digital Performance Marketing team - where you'll support paid media budget management, assist with agency and vendor coordination, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive real business impact. 5+ years of experience in paid social media, digital marketing, or performance marketing, with demonstrated success supporting B2B campaigns Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related discipline Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Twitter/X Ads Strong analytical skills with experience translating performance data into optimization recommendations Experience supporting paid media budget management and assisting with vendor relationships Solid understanding of B2B audience targeting, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization Proficiency with Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar social media management platforms Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
