Job Description Brand & Advertising Project Manager Communication & Reporting • Facilitate effective communication between team leaders, graphic designers, key stakeholders, and other groups to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations • Serve as a point of contact for requesters to provide updates and address inquiries related to project status • Present status reports and prepare recap presentations of key initiatives Quality Assurance & Proofreading • Seek input and approval on key art from the Sr. Director, Brand Strategy & Advertising • Review and approve final design outputs to ensure accuracy, proper punctuation & grammar, and that they adhere to the team's brand guidelines Required Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, project management, or a related field • 7+ years of related experience within a creative environment, preferably in the advertising, sports or entertainment industry • At least 2 years of experience in a project management role • Must be proficient in project management software and tools including Asana, as well as applications used for presentations such as PowerPoint or Keynote • Strong understanding of graphic design principles and workflows • Experience coordinating production with printers and other external vendors while managing production processes • Must possess strong organizational and multitasking skills • Must be able to work well within a team and understand elements of our brand and style guide • Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to take initiative, and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and team members • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop • Writing and/or copy-editing experience a plus
