The Marketing & Brand Lead will own Peak’s digital presence, weekly newsletter, and advertising efforts while working closely with the Programs Coordinator, operations team, contractors, and leadership to increase participation, retention, and overall engagement. This position also plays a key role in supporting Peak’s retail strategy, sponsor partnerships, nonprofit initiatives, and contracted program providers, ensuring all aspects of the business are clearly communicated and consistently represented. • Own the ongoing development, updates, and maintenance of Peak’s digital presence, including: • Peak Pickleball website • Peak Golf (golf simulator) website • Nonprofit website/Socials • Additional Peak-affiliated websites or platforms as they are developed • Ensure all websites are: • Up to date with programs, events, memberships, and announcements • Visually consistent with Peak’s branding • User-friendly and mobile-optimized • Collaborate with leadership and program staff to ensure website content supports marketing goals and member engagement. Sponsorship & Partner Promotion • Collaborate with Peak’s 30+ sponsors to ensure they are properly represented across: • Social media • Newsletters • In-facility signage and promotions • Develop collaborative marketing efforts that highlight sponsor partnerships while adding value for members. Contractor & Program Promotion (1099 Partners) • Work closely with Peak’s 1099 contractors, including: • Pickleball professionals and instructors • Golf professional for the golf simulator • Peak Fitness instructors • Support the promotion of contractor-led programs, lessons, clinics, and services across social media, email, website, and in-facility marketing.
