• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives • Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising • Develop a robust annual marketing calendar that creates the roadmap for the year • Collaborate with Executive and Senior Management to create the best marketing content strategies to drive revenue and brand awareness throughout the country • Oversee the execution of all marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget • Coordinate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials • Own the end-to-end content creation and Social Media Management process for yourself and other members of the content team to deliver engaging, high-quality, visually compelling, SEO-optimized content • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize performance and improve ROI Social Media Growth • Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's social media presence and engage with followers • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and encourages social sharing • Utilize social media advertising to reach new audiences and drive traffic to the company's website • Manage Social Media platforms in terms of content curation and engagement • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly CPG experience is necessary, & start-up experience is a plus • 2 years in a supervisory role • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software) • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong organizational and time management skills If you are a high achiever who thrives from earning potential, this is the role for you!
