What you’ll do: • Assist with monthly and quarterly budget tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation for marketing programs and campaigns • Partner with Finance and internal stakeholders to process invoices, POs, and accruals accurately and on time • Maintain up-to-date budget documentation and ensure alignment between forecast and actual spend • Build and update reports that track spend, ROI, and performance metrics across campaigns and business units • Analyze spend trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement • Support leadership with budget dashboards and quarterly planning reports • Manage timelines, deliverables, and task dependencies within ClickUp • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign milestones are achieved and resources are aligned • Help maintain project intake forms, reporting templates, and communication channels to keep teams connected and accountable • Support the continuous improvement of marketing operations by identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and documenting best practices • Contribute to annual planning efforts by preparing spend summaries, forecasting models, and project performance data • Advance NAVEX's goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools We’re committed to helping you thrive in all aspects of your life.
