Marketing & Business Development Specialist

The Marketing and Business Development Specialist supports company-wide marketing initiatives and revenue growth across multiple business divisions, including BIR Transport, BIR Development, BIR Concrete, BIR Material, BIR Fleet Service, and BIR Travel Plaza. Working closely with ownership, this role helps drive strategic marketing efforts, build new business relationships, promote services and locations, ensure consistent brand messaging, and support the unique needs of each operation. Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Key Responsibilities • Manage sales and bookings for BIR Luxury Landing Event Center, townhomes, and apartments • Conduct tours of the event center, townhomes, and apartments for prospective clients and tenants • Promote and coordinate events, memberships, catering, rentals, and location-based services • Identify new business opportunities and support growth and expansion initiatives • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and community organizations • Oversee website updates, social media content, and advertising campaigns • Develop marketing materials, promotional content, and sales presentations • Support cross-promotion across divisions to increase traffic and customer retention • Represent the company at community events, industry functions, and networking opportunities • Track marketing performance, sales activity, and campaign effectiveness • Coordinate vendors, marketing schedules, and promotional timelines Qualifications • Experience in marketing, sales, and business operations • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse business operations • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
