Marketing & Business Development Assistant

This position provides proposal production, marketing, and CRM support to help ensure accurate, timely, and high‑quality submittals and materials. The role is intended as an entry‑level position, with the opportunity to grow into expanded proposal and marketing responsibilities over time. The Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager and support the Directors of Business Development in responding to RFQs and RFPs, conducting interviews, and supporting ongoing marketing efforts. · Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required · CRM or database experience is a plus
