Marketing & Business Development Assistant

The Marketing & Business Development Assistant will support the day‑to‑day needs of the Marketing and Business Development Department. This position provides proposal production, marketing, and CRM support to help ensure accurate, timely, and high‑quality submittals and materials. The role is intended as an entry‑level position, with the opportunity to grow into expanded proposal and marketing responsibilities over time.

The Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager and support the Directors of Business Development in responding to RFQs and RFPs, conducting interviews, and supporting ongoing marketing efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist with proposal production, including formatting resumes, project sheets, org charts, and supporting documents

· Help assemble RFQ and RFP submissions and prepare interview materials and presentations

· Maintain and organize proposal files, templates, and marketing materials

· Support light marketing efforts, including organizing photos and digital assets

· Enter and maintain project, client, and contact information in CRM systems

· Provide administrative and production support to the Marketing and Business Development team as needed

Qualifications

· Administrative or office support experience preferred

· Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required

· Degree is a plus, but not required

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Willingness to learn and work in a deadline‑driven environment

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat is a plus

· CRM or database experience is a plus

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
