We are currently seeking a creative and exceptionally talented Marketing and Business Development Representative for our Pensacola, Florida office. This position will provide a dynamic, team-oriented, and challenging work environment and unique opportunities to work on a variety of projects and activities in the A/E/C industry. This person will be responsible for duties such as:

Meeting face-to-face with prospective and existing clients and building personal relationships
Putting together packages for marketing submittals and proposal
Attending social functions and representing our firm in various engineering and business organizations
Assisting in developing marketing plans
Assisting with presentations, sponsoring events, and Lunch N Learn sessions
Attend pre-bid meetings
Researching prospective clients
Finding and pursuing leads
Social/digital media content creation and outreach

Qualifications

Must be someone who loves being around other people, is outgoing, fun-loving, and personable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Familiarity with Adobe digital creation programs or the willingness to learn
Proficiency with Microsoft applications
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Must have a valid drivers license and clean MVR
