You will act as our “boots on the ground” in Huntsville, owning the full marketing cycle—from identifying new opportunities to building relationships and executing campaigns that position HighSecLabs as a trusted partner for secure communications within the U.S. National Security sector. * Content Creation: Produce engaging, technically accurate content including: * Case studies * Presentations * White papers * LinkedIn and social media posts * Event Leadership: Coordinate regional trade shows, defense exhibitions, and industry conferences, ensuring strong branding and impactful presence. * 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Business Development within Defense, Military, or Government sectors * Demonstrated experience with: * Federal procurement and acquisition cycles * Lead generation and pipeline development * Marketing planning and content creation Preferred Background * Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) * Familiarity with marketing tools and digital platforms * Ability to quickly learn and operate technical hardware for demonstrations Soft Skills
