Marketing & Business Development Manager

The Marketing & Business Development Manager works with the Firm Administrator and the administrative department, and is responsible for firm marketing, including sales, prospective client retention, and client complaints. Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Techniques; experience with same Experience or knowledge of the legal business (preferred, but not required) Extensive customer service experience, working closely with clients and with the community Time management skills
