Marketing / Business Development Representative

Working closely with Sales and Executive Leadership, this role develops targeted campaigns, identifies prospective clients, nurtures relationships, and helps position the company as a trusted partner in Revenue Cycle Management solutions. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional with experience in healthcare marketing, healthcare technology, or Revenue Cycle Management who enjoys combining creative marketing with strategic prospecting and relationship building. tsPlan, coordinate, and execute the company's participation in regional and national healthcare conferences, trade shows, and industry events.Manage all event logistics including booth selection, vendor coordination, promotional materials, shipping, travel arrangements, and on-site execution.Develop pre-event, onsite, and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize attendee engagement and lead generation.Coordinate meeting schedules for the executive team and sales representatives before and during conferences.Manage conference sponsorships, speaking opportunities, networking events, and exhibitor relationships.Ensure all booth displays, branded materials, giveaways, and marketing collateral align with company branding and messaging.Capture, track, and distribute event-generated leads within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-up by the sales team.Measure event success through key performance indicators including meetings scheduled, qualified leads generated, pipeline created, opportunities influenced, and return on investment (ROI).Research and recommend new conferences, healthcare associations, and sponsorship opportunities that align with the company's target markets and strategic growth objectives.Coordinate post-event debriefs and provide leadership with performance reports, attendee insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations for future event portBuild targeted prospect lists using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry databases.Execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in partnership with the sales team.Track lead activity, pipeline progression, and campaign performance.Coordinate conference participation, trade shows, webinars, and client events.Assist with follow-up campaigns before and after marketing eve uiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, sales, or healthcare services.Experience working in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare IT, Healthcare Technology, or related industries is preferred.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platf
