Marketing & Business Development Associate, Leadership Coaching Firm

**Summary of Position** **Overview** We are seeking a motivated, proactive, resourceful individual to lead our marketing and business development processes, including content marketing, strategic relationship management, digital marketing, marketing automation, and launch campaigns for programs, products, and services. **Develop and implement marketing and business development plans for current and new product and service offerings. ● Develop and maintain a calendar of content and other marketing activities for the firm overall and for specific offers or program launch campaigns. **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** ● Excellent organizational and project management skills. o Graphic design and video editing software skills and ability to use them for brand- consistent content creation (a plus, but not critical).
