The Marketing Business Partner is a self-starter and growth-driver who will work closely with marketing and operational leadership to drive visits and new client growth for Mission hospitals. This role will be responsible for reviewing hospital analytics to identify opportunities for growth, communicating with hospital and regional operations teams, and implementing strategies that deliver a proven impact on new client phone and online booking conversion rates, new client growth, visit growth, and client retention. New Client Growth, Visit Growth & Analysis • Review data and identify opportunities for hospital growth. Operational Leadership Relationships • Hold meetings and advise regional operations directors on marketing opportunities for their hospitals in need of new clients and overall visit growth.
