Marketing Campaign Coordinator The Campaign Coordinator will support the execution and coordination of integrated marketing campaigns across the Selerix portfolio. The individual in this role will play a critical part in bringing campaigns to life—working across teams to execute multi-channel programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. The Campaign Coordinator is the connective tissue of our marketing engine—the person who ensures great ideas don't just get planned but actually come to life. Responsibilities Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, events, and partner channels Support the planning and organization of the campaign calendar, aligned to key solutions, audiences, and business priorities Manage campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule Create and deploy campaign assets, including emails, social posts, and blog content Publish and maintain content across marketing channels, including website updates (e.g., WordPress) Partner with design resources to bring campaign ideas to life in a way that aligns with brand standards Assist in building and managing campaigns within marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot), including emails, socials, and workflows Support testing and optimization efforts to improve campaign performance over time Help track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement Work closely with teams across marketing—including product, events, partner, and growth—to support cohesive campaign execution Help ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing initiatives Assist in promoting campaigns through external channels, including working with vendors and partners Support marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, management or other related field or equivalent experience 0–3 years of experience in marketing, internships, or related experience Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot Basic experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform messaging and campaign improvements.
