Marketing Campaign CoordinatorThe Campaign Coordinator will support the execution and coordination of integrated marketing campaigns across the Selerix portfolio. The individual in this role will play a critical part in bringing campaigns to life—working across teams to execute multi-channel programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This is a great opportunity for a marketer who wants to grow their experience in campaign execution while gaining exposure to full-funnel marketing strategy.The Campaign Coordinator is the connective tissue of our marketing engine—the person who ensures great ideas don't just get planned but actually come to life. We're looking for an organized, curious, and proactive early-career marketer who thrives on bringing order to complexity and takes genuine pride in seeing campaigns execute flawlessly across every channel. Your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will directly fuel pipeline growth and help establish Selerix as a recognized leader in the market.ResponsibilitiesExecute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, events, and partner channelsSupport the planning and organization of the campaign calendar, aligned to key solutions, audiences, and business prioritiesManage campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on scheduleCreate and deploy campaign assets, including emails, social posts, and blog contentPublish and maintain content across marketing channels, including website updates (e.g., WordPress)Partner with design resources to bring campaign ideas to life in a way that aligns with brand standardsAssist in building and managing campaigns within marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot), including emails, socials, and workflowsSupport testing and optimization efforts to improve campaign performance over timeHelp track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvementWork closely with teams across marketing—including product, events, partner, and growth—to support cohesive campaign executionHelp ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing initiativesAssist in promoting campaigns through external channels, including working with vendors and partnersSupport marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, management or other related field or equivalent experience0–3 years of experience in marketing, internships, or related experienceFamiliarity with marketing tools such as HubSpotBasic experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform messaging and campaign improvements.Inquisitive, seeks to understand.Highly collaborative; works cross-functionally, brings initiatives together, and actively removes silos.Must be eligible for US employment.We offer the following benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision insurance4 weeks paid time off (PTO)9 paid Holidays401k (with match)- Basic Life - Long Term Disability (LTD)Locations in Columbia, South Carolina – Plano, Texas – New Orleans, Louisiana – Hybrid work schedule
