The Marketing Campaign Coordinator is responsible for coordinating lead generation campaign execution and project management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing Department. Works to enhance efficiency and results through effective coordination across the internal marketing team, including creative, digital, and social/content, and select external agency and media partners. Senior living or healthcare marketing experience preferred.Experience in project management platforms (Monday.com preferred) with demonstrated ability to manage timelines, multiple deliverables, and cross-functional coordinationCampaign platform awareness including HubSpot for tracking traffic and conversions, and familiarity with CR systems and lead handoff workflows between marketing and salesExperience coordinating traditional, digital, print, and direct mail advertising including production timelines, print specs, and mailing coordinationStrong written communication skills with the ability to shape and adapt copy and messaging across channels and formatsAdobe Creative Cloud proficiency, ability to manipulate files, work on concepts, and support campaign adaptation across formatsMS Office/Teams proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Coordinates integrated marketing campaigns across PSL's network of senior living communities with primary focus on the Independent Living and other service linesAssists in shaping lead nurturing sequences to move prospects through the sales funnelApplies campaign execution skills to HR recruitment contexts including organic social content sequencing and paid social post promotionAssists in shaping and adapting campaign messaging and copy across channels and formatsMonitors lead flow from campaign sources through HubSpot to Aline CRM as a key indicator of campaign performance and qualityCoordinates planned integrated marketing campaign deliverables and projects across PSL's network of senior living communitiesManages project timelines, resources, and external agency and media partner coordination to ensure lead generation goals are metCoordinates workflow across internal marketing team including creative, digital, and social/content.
