GENERAL PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to help bring the Harmons story to life through thoughtful, integrated marketing campaigns that connect with customers and support business goals. Serving as a key link between Sales and Marketing, this position gathers insights from across the organization, identifies opportunities, and helps shape campaigns around products, promotions, seasonal priorities, and customer needs. The Marketing Campaign Coordinator works closely with partners throughout the company to develop clear, compelling campaign strategies and briefs that align teams around a shared vision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team to understand our product and support promotional calendars and sales objectives across campaign periodsTranslate product and promotional details into a campaign narrative with key messaging that considers all channelsContribute to campaign briefs that clearly articulate objectives, target audience, key message, channel direction, and timeline for Creative and channel teamsCollaborate with the VP of Marketing to align campaign execution with overall marketing strategy, goals, and calendarIdentify the most compelling product and brand stories within each campaign and build messaging that differentiates Harmons in the marketEnsure consistent brand voice and key message integrity across social, email, and text channelsReview channel output to confirm alignment with campaign brief and Harmons brand standardsWrite and refine campaign messages, headlines, and value propositions that serve as the creative and channel foundationSubmit campaign requests with timelines and communication workflows, ensuring all teams have what they need to execute on scheduleCollaborate with the Creative Director and Creative team to brief asset production and ensure visual execution aligns with campaign messagingServe as a primary liaison between Marketing and Sales — communicating campaign details to internal stakeholders and surfacing sales feedback to the Marketing teamCollaborate with agencies and production partners as needed to support campaign executionTrack campaign performance in partnership with channel managers and report findings to the VP of MarketingChampion the Harmons brand voice and ensure it is consistently represented across all campaign touchpointsUnderstand that the first customer marketed to is the internal customer: our associatesSets a professional and positive example to othersFollows established departmental and store policies and proceduresAssists as needed to ensure the success of the company as a wholeMARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities:
A 4-year degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field preferred; or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
3–5 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated responsibility for campaign planning and executionProven ability to gather and synthesize inputs from sales, operations, or cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into a clear, compelling marketing storyStrong written communication skills with experience developing campaign briefs, key messages, headlines, and value propositionsWorking knowledge of social media, email, and text as marketing channels — sufficient to brief and direct channel specialists effectivelyCommercially curious with an instinct for identifying what makes a product or promotion worth telling a story aboutComfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple simultaneous campaignsFamiliarity with AI-assisted content tools and an openness to leveraging them to elevate strategic outputMust possess solid communication skills, including verbal and listening skills in order to effectively and efficiently communicate with diverse groups of peopleMust possess integrity, a positive attitude, and a demonstrated passion for the Harmons missionExcellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to interpret policies, procedures, and brand guidelinesAbility to appropriately and professionally handle conflictMust possess the ability to accept constructive review and be accountable for one’s own success as well as the success of your teamAwareness of current marketing, retail, and grocery industry trendsContinually strives to be product minded, customer minded, personnel minded, detailed, forward focused, and consistentFlexibility to occasionally work weekends, evenings, and holidays as neededPHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS:

Work is generally performed in a safe and comfortable office environment.
