Position: Marketing Campaign Manager (B2B Agency) We are a B2B marketing agency known for our expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM).We work with some of the world's largest and most well-known technology companies, like Shopify, Square, Zoom and Twilio, driving success through our targeted ABM programs.While we are driven by top-notch results, we also know how to unwind and enjoy celebrating our successes.The Opportunity:As we continue to scale our impact, we are on the lookout for a meticulous Campaign Delivery Manager.In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our ABM Strategists and the marketing execution team to ensure the flawless execution and timely delivery of projects and campaigns.Your attention to detail, combined with your ability to create and adhere to timelines, will ensure our quality remains consistent and our clients remain impressed.While our team operates primarily remotely, we treasure genuine connections.Every quarter, team members come together in a chosen location for a week of immersive collaboration, team building, and of course, some well-deserved fun!What you'll doCollaborate closely with the ABM Strategist to comprehend the scope, objectives, and nuances of each project.Craft detailed project timelines, ensuring that every task is accounted for and set for timely completion.Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring they align with the established strategy and meet the desired objectives.Conduct regular client Work In Progress (WIP) meetings to update stakeholders on project status, potential roadblocks, and outcomes.Utilise your keen attention to detail to identify, address, and preempt potential issues in campaign execution.Foster effective communication within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned, informed, and working cohesively.Uphold our company values, particularly emphasising continuous learning and radical ownership in all stages of delivery.What we're looking forDemonstrated experience in event, project, or delivery management, preferably in a B2B or agency contextProblem-solving and outcome-driven mindsetExceptional organisational abilities and attention to detailStrong computer literacy with the ability to learn new tools quicklyCapability to set client expectations and manage timely feedback and sign-offsPreferred Qualifications Proofreading and light copywriting skillsFamiliarity with general design principles and brand guidelines, with strong attention to detail to ensure compliance (e.g., fonts, logos, colour usage)Understanding of B2B end-to-end marketing funnels and SaaSThis is not a cruisy 9–5 job. You’ll need to put in serious thinking and effort to do it well.A handful of times in the month, you’ll have early morning or late afternoon calls due to global clients and teams.You’ll be presenting to senior stakeholders who expect you to be sharp, strategic, and clear.You need to be comfortable working remotely.The pace is fast and the bar keeps moving.
