The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of member behavior. Manage all aspects of the campaign lifecycle: planning, creative development, audience segmentation, production, approvals, deployment, and post-campaign reporting. 3–5 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or project management. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines. Understanding of credit union products, member needs, and regulatory marketing requirements.
