Marketing Campaign Specialist

In close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, we ensure that our messaging and visuals reinforce every stage of the customer journey-from initial awareness to deep engagement and lasting value. Responsibilities Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, webinars, and ABM programs Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns using marketing automation platforms Support campaign messaging, ad copy, and content execution Localize global campaigns for NORAM, including coordination of Spanish-language adaptations Collaborate with Field Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure campaign alignment and execution Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights and optimization opportunities Manage timelines and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule Requirements 2-3 years of experience executing B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in HubSpot or similar tools Tracks campaign performance and adjusts based on results Bonus Points Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase or similar) Webinar execution experience (Zoom or similar) Familiarity with Figma or Miro Experience with paid media or social campaigns B2B SaaS experience Spanish proficiency Based in Atlanta Compensation Competitive Salary Premium Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 Days 401(k) Retirement Plan Language Learning Opportunities - Take advantage of optional, fully funded Portuguese or Spanish courses to enhance your skills and global reach.
