Roles and Responsibilities • Lead the successful execution of innovative marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign goals through effective content creation, team communication, project oversight, promotional asset development, and performance reporting. • Manage diverse advertising channels such as trade publications, paid social, PPC, and display advertising from inception to execution, focusing on performance management, optimization, and strict budget adherence. • Craft and support the creation of engaging content across a variety of formats and platforms. • Take ownership of planning, designing, creating, and reporting for social media and email marketing initiatives within Shiftboard's ecosystem. • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is a significant advantage.
