Marketing Campaigns Leader

The position of Creative Service Director is a key leadership role that oversees the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns. This includes managing a team of marketing producers, driving business growth through creative ideas, and overseeing the production and use of on-air promotional announcements across all platforms. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include: • Oversee the development and execution of station image and brand campaigns • Create effective promotional campaigns and spots based on specific programming • Manage the production and use of on-air promotional announcements across all platforms • Identify opportunities for fresh audiences and meet them with fresh material • Develop events that build station's image through community partnerships • Establish and execute advertising plans on deadline • Oversee the purchasing and placement of outside media • Submit co-op reimbursement reports to network • Produce and deliver radio and cable spots for advertising flights • Schedule, create, and manage promotional/production needs for Sales • Select and schedule Public Service announcements Required Skills and Qualifications: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
