We're passionate about promoting the arts and are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Specialist to help us tell our story and grow our audience. We are seeking a Marketing Captain to lead and execute marketing campaigns that promote the Blue LLama’s events, artists, and brand. • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our presence on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; plan and schedule posts, respond to engagement, and analyze performance. • Email Marketing: Build and execute email campaigns to promote upcoming shows, dining specials, and special events; segment lists and optimize for engagement. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or the arts • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management tools, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Later, Canva, WordPress) • Experience with Google Analytics and social media insights • A passion for music, especially jazz, and the arts is a big plus • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
