Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator

Position Summary

CWC is seeking a creative, organized, and collaborative Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator to support our growing marketing team and showroom experience. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience who is excited to build a career in marketing within the commercial furniture and design industry.

The ideal candidate is creative and eager to contribute ideas, and is also coachable, adaptable, and willing to take direction. This person will support day-to-day marketing initiatives, social media efforts, content coordination, client hospitality, and showroom operations while helping bring the CWC brand to life across digital and in-person experiences.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, works well with a team, and is willing to jump in wherever support is needed.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital Support

· Assist with updates and maintenance of the company website

· Support website development projects and marketing campaigns

· Help plan, create, and schedule social media content across company platforms

· Collaborate with the Creative Director and other departments on creative ideas for social media and brand engagement

· Support and execute the execution of overall marketing initiatives and campaigns

· Organize and maintain marketing tools, resources, and internal systems

Content & Brand Support

· Assist with on-site social media coverage during events and client visits

· Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications

· Support content creation and storytelling efforts that showcase CWC’s culture, clients, and projects

Client Experience & Showroom Support

· Manage showroom communication boards and updates

· Coordinate catering, snacks, beverages, and hospitality for client meetings and events

· Organize, order, and research branded client gifts and promotional materials

· Track and organize client visits and showroom schedules

· Maintain organization and cleanliness of the resource room, marketing closet, and client-facing spaces

· Restock client snacks and beverages as needed

· Provide showroom support and assist with additional team needs when necessary

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

· 0–2 years of marketing, communications, hospitality, or related experience

· Creative mindset with interest in social media, branding, and content creation

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take direction

· Collaborative team player who is comfortable contributing ideas and supporting others

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

· Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus

Preferred Skills

· Social media content creation

· Event coordination

· Customer service or hospitality experience

· Basic website editing experience

· Photography or videography coordination

· Interest in interiors, furniture, architecture, or design industries
