Marketing Communication Specialist

You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, business development, and leadership to strengthen GCON’s voice across social media, internal communications, media outreach, and industry positioning within the AEC sector. Who We Are What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, PR, or agency-equivalent roles (AEC or professional services experience preferred) • Strong media relations skills with trade, business, or regional outlets • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, accessible content • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfort working under pressure and adapting to shifting deadlines • Willingness to learn and understand construction-related conceptsAbility to travel for select engagements GCON is an equal opportunity employer.
