Marketing & Communication Director

We’re seeking a Marketing and Communications Director to lead strategy, branding, and communications across the organization. Support Events & Fundraising • Partner with Development on fundraising campaigns • Oversee event marketing and sponsorship materials • Track performance (attendance, engagement, conversions) • Manage promotional items (swag + inventory) What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 5–8+ years of marketing or communications experience • Experience leading campaigns, branding, and strategy • Strong leadership and team management skills • Digital marketing + social media expertise • CRM and email marketing experience (Salesforce/DonorView preferred) • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills • Cultural competency and passion for inclusive communities Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cleveland, OH 44115
