The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will be at the core of the department’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing financial processes, facilitating the smooth execution of multiple marketing and communications projects and providing comprehensive administrative support. The coordinator will serve as the central point of contact between the department, vendors and other university divisions, ensuring that all tasks align with institutional policies and that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Invoice Processing • Review, verify and process invoices for the Marketing & Communications department • Ensure accuracy of billing information and resolve discrepancies • Maintain organized records of all financial transactions Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice-related issue Budget Management • Assist in preparing and monitoring the department’s annual budget • Track expenses and generate regular financial reports • Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for budget optimization • Ensure compliance with university financial policies I verify that I am capable of and willing to fulfill all essential functions of this position.
