The Marketing & Communications Manager will work with the VP of Community Engagement in support of the Ys operations and development to consistently, creatively and professionally convey critical Y brand and messaging both internally and externally. • Works closely with the VP of Community Engagement to review and manage critical external communications sent via the Ys email marketing platform. • Works with the VP of Community Engagement and the Digital Content Coordinator to create and manage digital and online signage & messaging strategy, including the Y website, app, social media and digital screens. • Previous experience with graphic design software, such as Marq, Canva and/or other design applications as well as email management systems.
